House Sitting Australia is operated by Colin Dixon, trading as OzOnLine, based in Mallacoota, Victoria, Australia. Colin has been part of Australia's house-sitting community since 2007 and personally runs this platform.

1. User Conduct

You agree to treat all properties, pets, and members with respect. Sitters must follow homeowner instructions and must not leave pets unattended for unreasonable periods.

2. Payments and Fees

The $10 AU fee for the optional "Green Tick" verification is strictly non-refundable, as it covers direct third-party API costs for processing your identity check.

3. Removal of Service

We reserve the right to instantly ban any user who posts fraudulent listings, acts abusively, attempts to bypass the platform's security, or breaches the trust of the community. No refunds will be provided for banned accounts.

4. Dispute Resolution

As a venue, House Sitting Australia does not mediate disputes between sitters and homeowners. Any conflicts regarding property conditions, pet care, or cancellations must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
