We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data (suburb and state), and ID verification data (processed securely via authorised third-party providers like Stripe).
2. Public Profiles
Your first name, general location (suburb/state), bio, and verification badges are visible to other logged-in members. We never display your full street address publicly on the marketplace feed.
3. Communication
We facilitate messaging between users. We monitor these systems for safety, fraud prevention, and to enforce our Terms of Service across our participating organisations.
4. Data Retention
We retain your profile data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we will purge your data within 30 days, except where required to maintain records of disputes or for legal compliance.
